    Hi Brian,
Really enjoyed your lead incubation presentation at IMU. I’m working with a client today with incubation issues that your presentation directly addresses. My experience reflects your key point in lead nurturing, many leads are handed off to sales before they are sales ready….especially in early stage companies. The result is that sales team does not process all of the leads they get, i. because they are already known to the rep, and ii. it is not clear when they are ready to move to pipeline and sales don’t want to be a nuisance.
I think your idea of expert in-house telesales dedicated to lead-nurturing is a good one.
Again thanks for your presentation on IMU.

hi brian, I wanted to share this – as I think its something that will help bring together following up on leads. I’m adding it to my marketing xmas wish list. I just did a demo and this new “OMS” online marketing system, definitely helps manage the content and enable better tracking of the links and understanding of who is coming to your website, where they are coming from and how they are navigating. http://www.oshyn.com/_blog/Sitecore/post/The_Next_Evolution_of_Web_Content_Management_Technologies/
